ROWING: New York State rowers cross the border looking for Canadian gold
More than 75 New York State Scholastic Rowing Association entries have traveled north of the U.S. border to compete in this weekends Canadian Secondary Schools Rowing Association national championship regatta on Henley Island in Ontario.

Racing gets underway at 8 a.m. Friday with heats, Saturday reserved for semifinals and Sunday for championship finals on the 2,000-meter course.
CSSRA utilizes times heats with several events advancing the first-place finisher and then the next fastest boats out of all heats by times.
